POLYCHROMED DECORATIONS 

The original polychrome decoration is not visible since it has been completely hidden by a more recent redecoration using flat colours that was perhaps intended to reproduce the original chromatic tones.  

No underlying textures that could correspond to the primitive decoration may be observed.
