ALTERATIONS 

The structure of the altarpiece has been strengthened over the years by the addition of: loops in the assembly of the boards along the perimeter along the upper altarpiece, a "T"-shaped metal bar attached to the rear of the altarpiece and a rather large crossbar to the rear of the altarpiece to provide additional reinforcement. Losses of volume on certain figures (hands, arms, outstanding elements, etc.) were observed. Loss of part of the figure of one of the thieves and the Cross of Calvary is also patently evident in the centre relief.
