Despite having lost its original architectural structure during restoration work in the XVIII century, the altarpiece of the Virgin of Laredo is a truly exceptional example of altarpieces manufactured in Brussels. The altarpiece, made mid-XV century during a key period of Brussels production, stands out particularly for its innovative style, rich iconography and outstanding quality.
